Our History:
There Is Hope Foster Family Agency was founded in 2003 with an inspiring story. Our founder, Rana Fakhoury, has a very special connection to the mission of our agency. Her younger brother, Odey, suffers from a rare form of cerebral palsy that affects only one in a million children. This personal experience sparked Rana's passion for providing a loving home for children in need of care and protection.
Since then, we have been dedicated to offering a high-quality children's foster care program. Our foster agency is built on the fundamental principle of providing hope from the heart. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families by providing loving support and growth opportunities to those who trust us.

Our Mission:
At our foster family agency, our mission is to provide hope and make a difference in the lives of children and families. We accept children of all genders, from newborns to teenagers up to 17 years old, as well as non-minor dependents (NMD) from 18 to 21 years old. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive support and quality services to foster families and those wishing to become adoptive parents.
